By placing an order with O&C Handmade Creations, you agree to the following terms:

1. Handmade Disclaimer

All items are handmade by Kaitlyn, owner of O&C Handmade Creations. Small variations in stitching, placement, or color may occur. These subtle differences make each piece unique and will not be considered defects.

2. Custom Orders

Custom orders require customer approval of design, spelling, and sizing before production begins. O&C Handmade Creations is not responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Payment Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise arranged.

4. Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround is 1–2 weeks. Larger or bulk orders may take up to 3 weeks. Rush orders may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.

5. Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Danville, IL by appointment only. You will be contacted when your order is ready to schedule a pickup time. Orders not picked up within 14 days of notification may be subject to cancellation without refund.

6. Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the item. Tracking information will be provided. O&C Handmade Creations is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping but will assist with filing claims if needed.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our items, all sales are final. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me within 3 days if there is a problem. If eligible, a replacement or store credit will be offered.

8. Use of Customer Photos

By purchasing from O&C Handmade Creations, you give permission for photos of your completed item to be shared on social media or used for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have your order publicly shared, just let me know!

9. Intellectual Property

All original designs and graphics created by O&C Handmade Creations are the property of the business. They may not be copied, reproduced, or sold without written permission.
